As per our published warranty statement supplied with every product shipped.

We only accept product returns for items purchased directly from us. If you wish to return one of our products and purchased it from a reseller or distributor it must be returned to them and in accordance with their return policy.


Product Returns for Whatever Reason – New in sealed packaging
a. All items MUST be in the original sealed plastic packaging, no exceptions
b. Box may be opened
c. Must be complete with all documentation and accessories
d. Must be returned within 60 days of manufacture date as noted on the FORM ONE Manufacturing Release Document
e. $80 inspection and repackaging fee applies


Product Returns for Whatever Reason – Unused but opened packaging
a. Must not have been installed or used in any way
b. Not in original sealed packaging – one or more pieces
c. Must be complete with all documentation and accessories
d. Must be returned within 60 days of manufacture date as noted on the FORM ONE Manufacturing Release Document
e. The greater of $100 or 20% inspection, re-certification and repackaging fee applies

The following may not be returned for credit:
a. Any products that have been partially or fully installed
b. Products that have been used
c. Products missing any components
d. Products missing any documentation
e. Products older than 60 days from the date of manufacture on the FORM ONE document

All returns require an RMA for return. This includes a prepaid shipping return waybill which must be used for the package (Continental USA only). For International returns the shipper is responsible for all shipping costs.

If the RMA returns procedure has not been followed (as supplied with the RMA) there will be duties,  taxes and fees levied by Canada Customs. These will be deducted from the return credit.
