Lead Times to Shipping
All our products are build-to-order. We do not inventory any product. Lead times vary based on a number of factors.
Guaranteed and Expedited Build
Our AOG service is the only time guaranteed service we offer. Lead times to shipping are based on product and vary from 1 to 4 full business days.
Regular Build
All products are on a strict "first-in, first-out" system. We cannot change order sequence once an order has been placed. Our lead times are quoted by product. The lead-times are typical times only. While we make a best effort to meet these timelines they may at times be subject to delays. Some of the possible causes could be (but not limited to):
- Supply chain issues (most common cause),
- High workload times, typically early spring and summer,
- Excessive demand of AOG orders,
- Unplanned staff absence,
- Random items beyond our control.
Due to all the above we are not able to provide fixed ship dates for orders on our regular build schedule.
Should it be necessary, a regular build order can be upgraded to AOG at any point in the build process.
